02Data and purposes
We receive the information you choose to send by email: contact details, company and country, service interest and project description. We use it to answer enquiries, prepare offers, perform agreed work, manage invoices and resolve issues. The form prepares its draft on your device and does not submit it to a server. Please avoid passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry.
03Legal bases
Pre-contract steps and contract performance support project enquiries and agreed services. Legitimate interests support ordinary business correspondence, security and handling disputes, subject to balancing your rights. Legal obligations support required accounting and recordkeeping. Optional language storage uses your preference consent, which can be withdrawn.
04Hosting, email and recipients
The website is prepared for Netlify hosting. The host may process technical connection information such as IP addresses, requests, timestamps and security logs. Messages you send to the published address pass through your email provider and the Microsoft email service. Necessary project providers and advisers may receive limited information for the agreed purpose. No advertising or analytics service is embedded. Where a provider processes outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards are required.
05Retention and client data
Unconverted enquiry correspondence is ordinarily kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a justified need or legal requirement applies. Contract, invoice and project records are kept for applicable legal periods and legitimate claim needs. Access to client personal data is governed by an agreed processing arrangement; project access is limited to the task and removed or returned as agreed.
06Your choices and rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month; a lawful extension may apply with notice. Identity checks may be needed. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your competent authority.
07Security and automated decisions
Access is restricted to the agreed purpose and necessary people; complete security cannot be guaranteed. This website does not make automated eligibility, pricing or legal-effect decisions about you. Enquiry drafts stay on your page until you send, copy or download them, and are not stored in browser storage.
