Acceptance is checked against the agreed scope. You receive the agreed files, access and notes; any follow-up support is defined separately.

Yes. We agree the intended use, scope and contracting party before work starts. Consumer rights apply to eligible private purchases.

Remote projects across Estonia and the EU. Enquiries from outside the EU are reviewed individually. On-site work, travel and local requirements are agreed separately.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 in Estonia time (Europe/Tallinn). Meetings and support sessions are arranged in advance; emergency or 24-hour coverage is not included.
