PROGVEB / Questions
Before the first brief.
Practical answers about scope, access, working hours and the next step.
Do you work with businesses and private clients?
Yes. We agree the intended use, scope and contracting party before work starts. Consumer rights apply to eligible private purchases.
What does the package price cover?
The listed scope and deliverables on the service page. Additional scope and third-party costs require a separate written agreement. The complete payable amount is confirmed before purchase.
Where can you work?
Remote projects across Estonia and the EU. Enquiries from outside the EU are reviewed individually. On-site work, travel and local requirements are agreed separately.
When are you available?
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 in Estonia time (Europe/Tallinn). Meetings and support sessions are arranged in advance; emergency or 24-hour coverage is not included.
Are the planning windows guaranteed deadlines?
They are typical planning references. The written offer fixes the timetable after access, content, complexity and approval needs are known.
How do enquiries and payment work?
The website prepares an email draft; you send it yourself. An enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Payment schedule and method are stated in the separate written offer and invoice.
Who owns the finished work?
The offer defines the source files, access and rights transferred after the agreed payment. Existing tools, open-source components and third-party assets keep their own licence terms.
Can you access our live systems?
Only with authorisation and an agreed task. We define permissions, backup and change arrangements before live changes. Do not send passwords or sensitive data through the enquiry form.
What happens after handover?
You receive the agreed notes, files and access. Follow-up maintenance or support can be separately scoped. Statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected by optional support arrangements.
